Confidentiality
1. The deliberations of the European Data Protection Board shall be confidential if the Board so decides in accordance with its rules of procedure. 2. Access to documents submitted to members of the European Data Protection Board, experts, and representatives of third parties is governed by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
