Article 75 GDPR
Secretariat

1. The European Data Protection Supervisor provides secretariat services for the European Data Protection Board.

2. The Secretariat performs its tasks solely under the direction of the chairman of the European Data Protection Board.

3. The personnel of the European Data Protection Supervisor performing the tasks that this Regulation entrusts to the European Data Protection Board shall be subject to a separate chain of command, different from the personnel performing the tasks entrusted to the European Data Protection Supervisor.

4. Where appropriate, the European Data Protection Board and the European Data Protection Supervisor shall develop and publish a memorandum of understanding for the implementation of this Article: it shall set forth the terms and conditions of cooperation and shall apply to the staff of the European Data Protection Supervisor performing the tasks entrusted to the European Data Protection Board by this Regulation.

5. Sekretariat zapewnia Europejskiej Radzie Ochrony Danych wsparcie analityczne, administracyjne i logistyczne.

6. In particular, the Secretariat is responsible for:

(a) the current activities of the European Data Protection Board;

(b) communication between the members of the European Data Protection Board, its President and the Commission;

(c) communication with other institutions and public opinion;

(d) the use of electronic means of internal and external communication;

(e) translation of the relevant information;

(f) the preparation and follow-up of the meetings of the European Data Protection Board;

(g) the preparation, editing and publication of opinions, decisions on dispute resolution between supervisory authorities and other texts adopted by the European Data Protection Board.
