Under the Labour Code, the employer processes image recordings solely for the purposes for which they were collected. At the same time, the Labour Code does not provide for the introduction of monitoring for the purpose of verifying employees' progress. It is worth noting, however, that a certain aspect of work control may arise within production control, understood as monitoring the process of creating a specific product, output, etc. (if visual monitoring was introduced for that purpose).
