Does my organisation use a high-risk system within the meaning of the AI Act?
ANSWER
Most obligations concern high-risk systems. Inventoried AI systems should be classified according to Annex III. Examples of high-risk systems:
- recruitment systems (e.g. CV processing, candidate profiling)
- systems for making HR decisions (e.g. promotion, dismissal, task allocation)
- systems for monitoring and assessing employee performance.
