Interrogation of a controlled employee
1. The inspector may question the controlled employee as a witness.
2. A controlled employee is considered to be a person employed under an employment relationship or performing work under a civil law contract.
3. The provision of Article 83 of the Law of June 14, 1960 shall apply to the questioning of the controlled employee. - Administrative Procedure Code.
