1. The President of the Office shall inspect compliance with data protection regulations.
2. The inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the inspection plan approved by the President of the Office or on the basis of information obtained by the President of the Office or as part of monitoring compliance with the application of Regulation 2016/679.
