Arrangements for the joint operation

Where the President of the Authority receives a request from a supervisory authority of another Member State of the European Union to participate in the joint operation referred to in Article 62 (1) of Regulation 2016/679, or the President of the Authority so requests, the President of the Authority shall make arrangements with the supervisory authority of another Member State of the European Union regarding the joint operation and draw up a list of such arrangements without delay.
