Article 79 PDPA
The controller
1. The inspection shall be carried out by a person authorized by the President of the Authority:
1) an employee of the Authority,
2) a member or employee of the supervisory authority of a member state of the European Union in the case referred to in Article 62 of Regulation 2016/679 - hereinafter referred to as "controller".
2. The inspector referred to in paragraph (1)(2) shall be obliged to maintain the secrecy of the information he learns in the course of the inspection.
