Effectiveness of enforcement actions in the administration not completed before the date of entry into force of the Act

Enforcement proceedings initiated under the provisions of the Act as amended by Article 110 and not completed before the date of entry into force of this Act shall be effective in reminding, executing titles, provisions containing the position of Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data and other actions taken by the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data as a creditor.
