Article 162 PDPA
Enforcement procedures carried out on the basis of the implementing title issued by GIODO

1. In the case of enforcement proceedings conducted on the basis of an enforcement order issued by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection before the date of entry into force of this Law and not completed before the date of entry into force of this Law, the President of the Office shall become the creditor.

2. Actions performed by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection in the proceedings referred to in paragraph 1 shall remain effective.
