Article 145 PDPA
In the Act of 24 July 2015 Law on Assemblies (OJ 2018 L 408), Article 15 (3) is replaced by the following:
3. The decision banning the gathering shall be made available in the Public Information Bulletin, subject to the provisions on the protection of personal data, for a period of 3 months from the date of its publication.
