Article 144 PDPA
In the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (OJ 2017 L 1148, 1213 and 1593 and 2018 L 9 and 650), Article 159 (1) is replaced by the following:
1. The President of the UDT shall administer and process the data contained in the registers referred to in Article 158 (1) in accordance with the rules on the protection of personal data.
