Article 143 PDPA
In Article 80 (1) (3) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (OJ L 992, 2018.), point 3 is replaced by the following:
3) ensures the security of the processed data, information and documents received in connection with the BDO, in accordance with the rules on the protection of personal data.
