Article 131 PDPA

The Act of 17 February 2005 on the informatization of the activities of entities performing public tasks (OJ 2017 L 570) is amended as follows:

1) In Article 2, paragraph 4, the words "the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection" shall be replaced by "the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection";

2) in Article 4, point 1 shall be replaced by the following: "1) regulations on the protection of personal data;";

3) in Article 19a, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: "2. The minister in charge of informatization is the administrator of ePUAP users' data.".
