In the Act of 17 December 2004 on liability for breach of the public financial discipline (OJ 2017 L 1311 and 2110), as used in Article 47 (1) (11) and Article 52 (8) respectively, the words General Data Protection Supervisor are replaced, where appropriate, by President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
