1. The European Data Protection Board is hereby established as a Union body with legal personality.
2. The European Data Protection Board is represented by its chairman.
3. The European Data Protection Board includes the chairman of each member state's single supervisory authority and the European Data Protection Supervisor or their representatives.
4. If more than one supervisory authority in a Member State is responsible for monitoring the application of regulations under this Regulation, a joint representative shall be appointed in accordance with the law of that Member State.
5. The Commission has the right to participate in the activities and meetings of the European Data Protection Board, but does not have the right to vote. The Commission shall appoint its own representative. The chairman of the European Data Protection Board shall inform the Commission about the activities of the European Data Protection Board.
6. With regard to the matters referred to in Article 65, the European Data Protection Supervisor shall have the right to vote only on decisions concerning rules and regulations that apply to the institutions, bodies, and agencies of the Union and that correspond in substance to the provisions of this Regulation.
