Without prejudice to the Commission’s proposals referred to in Article 70(1) and (2), the European Data Protection Board shall, in the performance of its tasks or the exercise of its powers, neither seek nor take instructions from anyone.*Article 69 (2) as amended by correction of 23 May 2018 (EU Decree L, 2018, No 127, paragraph 2) which shall enter into force on 23 May 2018.
