Access to selected documents

Employees only have access to documents shared by the data controller (DC) or Data Protection Officer (DPO). The document list shows the document type, name, date and person who last updated the file, and the date and person who uploaded the document to the application. An employee can save a document to disk or print it.

How does ODO Nawigator work?
Odo Nawigator is an application that runs in a web browser after logging in as an administrator or a user. which means that the information contained in it is always up to date and visible to all users at the moment it is entered. Moreover, regardless of the place of logging in you have access to the full documentation of personal data protection.
What do I need ODO Nawigator for?
ODO Nawigator will help you demonstrate compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("RODO"). ODO Nawigator helps Data Protection Officers (DPOs) on a daily basis and all persons designated to oversee data protection in documenting the data protection system.
What training can I provide to employees within the ODO Nawigator application?

Is there a demonstration version of the application?
Yes, we invite you to test the demo ODO Nawigator as an administrator or as a user.
Is the application available in different language versions?
The default language version is Polish. At the client's request we can adapt the language version to the users in your organisation. Write to us at: [email protected].
Can I add additional users to my account?
Yes, you can add several users with administrator privileges. This does not increase the fee for the ODO Nawigator licence.
How is the application secured?
The application is protected at the Data Centre level through certification for high availability and high Level III security by TÜV‐Saarland, as well as by connection redundancy (n+1), video surveillance, an access control system, an intrusion detection system (IDS), independent power sources (electrical circuits A/B), redundant UPS systems (n+1), an emergency power generator, a redundant cooling system (n+1), an early fire detection system and a gaseous fire suppression system (nitrogen). The application incorporates a range of security measures, such as support for encrypted connections over https, validation and verification of the correctness of every piece of data entered by the user, logging of any irregularities in the application's operation, verification of permission levels and checking whether a given user has access to the requested information before granting access, blocking and logging any attempt by an unauthorised person to access data not available to them, and verification of access to documents uploaded by users immediately prior to any attempt to download them.
