What does the GDPR "In a Nutshell" e-learning look like?
Training is appropriate for, among others, security personnel, salespeople, telemarketers, whistleblowers, receptionists or bank tellers.
The purpose of the training is to bring together the basic information necessary for the safe and lawful processing of personal data, in particular taking into account the changes made by the GDPR in this area.

E-learning training ends with a multiple choice test.- Every failed attempt to pass the test forces the participant to go through the entire e-training again.
- Each participant, after passing the test, shall receive a certificate confirming completion of the training and passing the examination.
After the training, participants will know:
what personal data is and how to identify it,- how personal data should be processed,
- which entities play a key role in the processing of data and what obligations they have as a result,
- when and under what conditions personal data may be processed,
- how to effectively protect the data processed,
- what a data protection incident is and how to behave when it happens.

How can I give employees access to an e-learning course?
It's very simple. Once you've completed e-learning training, you'll get access to the ODO Navigator app, which will save you a lot of time and paper in managing the training that you'll give your employees with one click.
Is it possible to adapt the training content to the specific nature of the organisation?
Yes, the following trainings: "In a Nutshell", "Meritum", "Safe Remote Work" and "DODO" can be customised to the specific nature of the client's business. We can add or remove content and examples, and even change the check and final questions. Materials can be provided by the client or developed together with our experts. We can use our graphic template (a faster and cheaper option) or create a new one according to the client's needs.
What materials will e-learning participants receive?
Those who have completed the training and passed the test will receive a certificate of completion at their e-mail address. Additionally, participants of the "Meritum" and "Premium" trainings will receive (in PDF format) a guide: Personal Data Protection Principles; participants of the "Safe Remote Work" training: Safe Remote Work Principles.
Is the training sufficient for the person responsible for implementing signalling protection in the organisation?
In our opinion NO. We have prepared the training for employees to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to report breaches responsibly and safely.
What happens if someone doesn't pass the final exam?
If an employee fails the test, it means that he or she has not been very attentive to the training. He or she will have to go through the whole e-learning again.
