Can private e-mail addresses of councillors be disclosed?

ANSWER

The controller may disclose an employee's business personal data without consent only, i.e. first and last name, job title, business telephone number and business e-mail address. If employees do not have business e-mail addresses, the data controller should not disclose private e-mail addresses without their consent. These are treated as private personal data. In such a situation there are two options: obtain the employees' consent or refuse disclosure.
