Appeal to the Court by decision of the President of the Office
The determination of the validity of the decision of the President of the Office to find a breach of the rules on the protection of personal data or of the validity of the judgment given as a result of the complaint referred to in Article 145a § 3 of the Act of 30 August 2002 Law on procedure before administrative courts binds the court in proceedings for redress of the damage caused by the breach of the rules on the protection of personal data to find a breach of those rules.
