Exchange of information between the Court and the President of the Authority

1. The court shall promptly notify the President of the Office of the filing of a lawsuit and the final decision terminating the proceedings on a claim for a violation of data protection regulations, as referred to in Article 79 or Article 82 of Regulation 2016/679.

2. The President of the Office notified of pending proceedings shall promptly inform the court of any case involving the same violation of data protection regulations that is pending before the President of the Office or an administrative court or has been concluded. The President of the Office shall also immediately inform the court of the commencement of any proceedings in a case involving the same violation.
