Article 82 PDPA
Authorisation of a person with expertise to participate in controls
1. The President of the Office may authorize a person with expertise to participate in the inspection, if the performance of inspection activities requires such expertise. The provisions of Article 80 and Article 81 (2) shall apply.
2. The scope of authority of the person referred to in paragraph 1 shall be specified by the President of the Office in the authorization.
3. The person referred to in paragraph 1 shall be obliged to keep confidential the information that he or she learns in the course of the inspection.
