Article 81 PDPA
Authorisation to carry out checks

1. The inspection shall be carried out upon presentation of a named authorization together with an official ID card, and in the case of the inspector referred to in Article 79 paragraph 1 item 2, upon presentation of a named authorization together with an identity document.

2. A named inspection authorization shall include:

1) indication of the legal basis for carrying out the inspection;

2) designation of the authority;

3) the name and surname, official position of the inspector and the number of the official ID card, and in the case of the inspector referred to in Article 79 (1) (2), the name and number of the identity document;

4) definition of the subject scope of the audit;

5) designation of the inspected entity;

6) indication of the date of commencement and expected date of completion of control activities;

7) signature of the President of the Authority;

8) instruction of the inspected person on his rights and obligations;

9) the date and place of its issuance.
