Temporary restriction on the processing of personal data
1. In the cases referred to in Article 61(8), Article 62(7) and Article 66(1) of Regulation 2016/679, the President of the Office may issue an order for an interim measure as referred to in Article 70(1).
2. In the order, the President of the Office shall specify the duration of the provisional measure referred to in Article 70 (1), which shall not exceed 3 months.
3. The decision is subject to a complaint to the administrative court.
