Temporary restriction on the processing of personal data
1. If, in the course of the proceedings, it becomes probable that the processing of personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data, and further processing of personal data may cause serious consequences that are difficult to eliminate, the President of the Office, in order to prevent such consequences, may, by order, oblige the entity alleged to have violated the provisions on the protection of personal data to restrict the processing of personal data, indicating the permissible scope of such processing.
2. In the order referred to in paragraph 1, the President of the Office shall specify the duration of the restriction of the processing of personal data no longer than until the date of the decision concluding the case.
3. The decision referred to in paragraph 1 is subject to a complaint to the administrative court.
