Penalties for infringement of personal representation

1960 r. - Code of Administrative Procedure, the President of the Office shall impose a fine in the amount of PLN 500 to PLN 5,000.

2. When imposing a fine, the President of the Authority shall take into account:

1) in the case of a natural person - the personal situation of the summoned person and the degree of understanding of the seriousness of his obligations under the summons or

2) the need to align the amount of the fine with the goal of coercing the summoned person to comply with the summons.

3. The fine referred to in paragraph 1 may also be imposed if a party has refused to provide a translation into Polish of documentation prepared in a foreign language.
