Restriction of access to case files
The President of the Office shall issue the provision referred to in Article 74 (2) of the Act of 14 June 1960 Code of Administrative Procedure, even where the disclosure of the information and documents referred to in Article 65 (1) threatens the disclosure of legally protected secrets or the disclosure of the business secret, if a restriction on access to the documents for the parties to proceedings is requested by the undertaking from which the information originates.
