Article 65 PDPA
Keeping information that constitutes a trade secret

1. A party may reserve information, documents or parts thereof containing business secrets, presented to the President of the Office. In such a case, the party shall also be obliged to submit to the President of the Office a version of the document that does not contain the information covered by the reservation.
2. If a version of the document not containing the information covered by the reservation is not submitted, the reservation shall be deemed ineffective.
3. The President of the Office may override the reservation, by decision, if he finds that the information, documents or parts thereof do not meet the prerequisites to be covered by corporate secrecy.
4. In the case of a statutory obligation to provide information or documents received from entrepreneurs to other domestic or foreign authorities or institutions, the information and documents shall be provided with and subject to the reservation.
