Request to initiate appropriate proceedings where the President of the Authority considers that an infringement has occurred

If, on the basis of the information at his disposal, the President of the Authority considers that there has been an infringement of the rules on the processing of personal data, he may request that disciplinary or other legal proceedings be initiated against the persons who have committed the infringements and that he be informed, within a specified period, of the outcome of such proceedings and of the actions taken.
