Request for prior consultation before processing of personal data
R: 36
1. The administrator may request the President of the Office to carry out the prior consultation referred to in Article 36 of Regulation 2016/679.
2. The provision of Article 63 of the Law of June 14, 1960 shall apply to the application accordingly. - Administrative Procedure Code.
3. If the application does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 36 (3) of Regulation 2016/679 and Article 63 of the Act of June 14, 1960, the Code of Administrative Procedure. - Code of Administrative Procedure, the President of the Office shall inform about the failure to grant consultation, indicating the reasons for its failure.
