Article 37 PDPA
Restrictions on the holding of other posts and other activities by the President of the Office and his alternates
1. The President of the Office and his deputies may not hold any other position, with the exception of a teaching, scientific or research position in a university, the Polish Academy of Sciences, a research institute or other scientific unit, or perform other paid or unpaid activities that are incompatible with the duties of the President of the Office.
2. The President of the Office and his deputies may not belong to a political party, a trade union or engage in public activities incompatible with the dignity of his office.
