Date of examination of the application for certification; failure to recognise the application

1. The President of the Authority or the certifier shall consider the application for certification and, within no more than 3 months from the date of submission of the application in accordance with Article 17, after examining the fulfillment of the certification criteria, shall notify the applicant of certification or refusal.

2. An application submitted to the President of the Office, which does not contain the information referred to in Article 17 (1) (1), shall be left without consideration. If the application does not contain the information referred to in Article 17 (1) (2) or (3), or does not meet the requirements referred to in Article 17 (2) or (3), the President of the Office shall call on the applicant to supplement them, with the instruction that failure to supplement them within 7 days from the date of delivery of the call will result in leaving the application unconsidered.
