Maintenance of implementing rules

The current implementing rules adopted pursuant to Article 22a of the Act repealed in Article 175 shall remain in force until the date of entry into force of the implementing rules adopted pursuant to Article 47 of this Act, but not later than 12 months from the date of its entry into force.
