Article 153 PDPA

In the Act of 16 November 2016 on the National Treasury Administration (OJ 2018 L 508, 650 and 723), Article 45 (1) is replaced by the following:

"(1) The KAS authorities, in order to carry out statutory tasks in the scope referred to in Article 2 (1) (1), (2), (6) and (8), may collect and use information, including personal data, from legal persons, organizational units without legal personality and natural persons conducting business activities, about events directly affecting the emergence or amount of tax liability or customs duties, and process them, as well as request these entities to provide documents containing information, including personal data, also without the knowledge and consent of the data subject."
