Article 152 PDPA

In the Act of 13 April 2016 on the safety of the sale of explosives precursors (OJ 2018 p. 410), Article 9 is replaced by the following:

Article 9. Personal data collected in the reporting system shall be subject to the rules on the protection of personal data.
