Article 14 (3) of the Law of 11 February 2016 on State aid for the education of children (OJ L 1851, 2017.10.2017, p. 107, p. 138 and p. 650) is replaced by the following:

3. The information referred to in paragraph 2 may be processed by the Minister responsible for family and welfare affairs in order to monitor the implementation of educational benefits and to enable the competent authorities and welfare authorities and the entities referred to in paragraph 4 to verify the right to educational benefits for the purpose for which this information has been made available to them, in accordance with the rules laid down in the regulations on the protection of personal data.
