Certification body; rules for certification
1. The certification referred to in Article 42 of Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as "certification," shall be carried out by the President of the Office or the certifier, upon request of the controller, processor, manufacturer, or entity marketing the service or product.
2. Certification is carried out under the terms of Regulation 2016/679.
3. Matters of certification by the certification body not regulated by Regulation 2016/679 and the Law shall be governed by the provisions of the civil law agreement concluded between the certification body and the entity seeking certification.
