Article 14 PDPA
Information on accreditation granted

1. The Polish Center for Accreditation informs the President of the Office about the granted accreditation.

2. Information on the accreditation granted shall contain:

1) the designation of the entity to which accreditation was granted;

2) indication of the scope of the accreditation granted and its validity period.

3. The Polish Accreditation Center informs the President of the Office of the withdrawal of accreditation.

4. Information on the withdrawal of accreditation includes:

1) the designation of the entity whose accreditation has been withdrawn;

2) indication of the reason justifying the withdrawal of accreditation.

5. The President of the Office and the Polish Center for Accreditation may conclude an agreement on cooperation in monitoring the activities of certification bodies and on mutual transfer of information concerning these bodies.
