Article 128 PDPA

Article 23 (9) of the Law of 28 November 2003 on family benefits (OJ L 107, 138, 650, 730 and 912) is replaced by the following:

9. The information referred to in paragraph 8 may be processed by the Minister responsible for Family Affairs and Family Welfare for the purpose of monitoring the implementation of family benefits and to enable the competent authorities and family welfare authorities and the entities referred to in paragraph 10 to verify the right to family benefits for the purpose for which this information has been made available to them, in accordance with the rules laid down in the personal data protection regulations.
