Article 120 PDPA

The Act of 29 August 1997 Tax Ordinance (OJ 2018 L 800, 650, 723 and 771) is amended as follows:

1) w art. 14 § 4 otrzymuje brzmienie:

§ 4. The Minister responsible for public finance shall ensure the functioning of the tax portal and shall be the administrator of the data of taxpayers, taxpayers, incumbents, their legal successors and third parties who use the portal.

2) w art. 119zt pkt 4 otrzymuje brzmienie:

4) President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data to the extent necessary to carry out the statutory tasks laid down in the Personal Data Protection Regulations;

3) In Article 119zzg, the words "Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data" shall be replaced by "President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data".
