In the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (OJ 2018 L 755, 650, 685 and 771) Article 9c (5) a is replaced by the following: 5a. Distribution system operators installing remote readers on end-users connected to their networks are required to protect the measurement data relating to those customers in accordance with the rules laid down in the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
