Conversion of euro amounts into gold

The equivalent in euro of the amounts referred to in Article 83 of Regulation 2016/679 shall be calculated in gold according to the average rate of the euro declared by the National Bank of Poland in the exchange rate table on 28 January of each year, and where in a given year the National Bank of Poland does not publish the average rate of the euro on 28 January according to the average rate of the euro declared at the latest after that date in the National Bank of Poland exchange rate table.
