(155) Member State laws or collective agreements, including company agreements with employee representatives, may provide specific provisions on the processing of employees' personal data in connection with employment, in particular the conditions under which personal data in connection with employment may be processed with the employee's consent for the purposes of the recruitment procedure, the performance of the employment contract, including the performance of obligations set forth in regulations or collective agreements, management, planning and organization of work, equality and diversity in the workplace, occupational health and safety, and for the individual or collective exercise of rights and enjoyment of employment-related benefits, as well as for the termination of the employment relationship.
