(147) Where this Regulation provides for specific rules on jurisdiction , in particular with regard to proceedings in respect of legal remedies before a court, including compensation, against an administrator or processor , general rules on jurisdiction, such as Regulation (EU) No 1215__UPTH_1__ of the European Parliament and of the Council*, should not affect the application of such specific rules.
