(110) A group of undertakings or a group of undertakings carrying on joint economic activities should be able to make use of approved binding corporate rules when transferring data from the Union internationally to organisations in the same group of undertakings or group of undertakings carrying on joint economic activities, provided that such corporate rules include all the basic principles and enforceable rights providing adequate safeguards for the purposes of the transfer of personal data or for the purposes of certain categories of personal data.
