Does group employee insurance constitute a separate data processing process in the Processing Activities Register?

In the controller's register, I would rather include this under the broad category of employment. Note: however, if the employer is designated in the insurance contract as the processor for the insurer, then we must record this processing instruction/category of processing in our processor register (the register of categories of processing activities).
