Should we anonymize photos in a CV if we don't have consent?

ANSWER

There is no need for this because when the candidate submits their CV with their photo, they at the same time consent to the processing of the image contained in the CV by the future employer. In this case, consent is expressed through the candidate's explicit action of voluntarily including their photo in the CV.
