Should a board member or self-employed prosecutor have the authority to process personal data on behalf of the controller?
RESPONS OF PRACTICS Members of the management board of the spcommercial law entities who are personal data controllers within the meaning of Article 4 (7) of the GDPR , i.e. the entities that decide on the purposes and methods of processing personal data, are entitled to represent the controller of personal data in all cases brought before the public prosecutor in accordance with the principles of representation set out in Article 4 (7) of the GDPR , i.e. the controllers of personal data are entitled to act on behalf of the data controller in accordance with the principles of representation set out in Article 15 of the GDPR _______, but the controller of personal data may not act on behalf of the public prosecutor in accordance with the principles of the GDPR ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
