Duration of the inspection

1. The inspection shall be carried out no longer than 30 days from the date of presentation to the inspected person or other person designated in the regulations of a named authorization to carry out the inspection and an official ID card or other document proving identity. The time limit does not include the time limits provided for the submission of objections to the inspection protocol or the signing and delivery of the inspection protocol by the inspected person.

2. The date on which the inspection is completed is the date on which the inspection protocol is signed by the inspected person or the date on which the note referred to in Article 88 paragraph 8 is made
